See PLW Models in Augmented Reality!
PLW is utilizing a free app from Augment3D that works with IOS or Android devices to show 3D models in augmented reality! Scan the QR code here to be taken to your app store to download the free Augment app:
Once you have the app installed, you can use it to scan specific pictures of PLW models and have them displayed in augmented reality. You can try it on the picture of PLW’s night scene of New York City.
PLW will be providing a booklet as a handout starting at the I/ITSEC show in Orlando, FL on November 28th – December 1st. PLW’s newest handout not only shows examples of and talks about some of our new features like building material classification and night scenes, but allows you to use the Augment3D app on your mobile device to scan the cityscapes pictured in the booklet and show them in augmented reality.
PLW models are some of the highest fidelity and most accurate 3D city models in the industry, view them in augmented reality today.
