PLW Modelworks was recently contacted by ESRI (https://www.esri.com/en-us/home) and asked to provide a portion of our high-resolution, geolocated, photo-accurate 3D city model of Chicago for use regarding Special Event Security Planning for the Chicago Marathon. The terrible tragedy from Las Vegas had just occurred and ESRI, the Illinois State Police and other stakeholders wanted to be as prepared as possible for the event.
